The Unlimited Range Shooters Association (URSA) is verypleased to announce that the association has now officially goneinternational. Mr. Eduardo Abril de Fontcuberta, world-recognized snipertraining instructor from Madrid, Spain has generously agreed to be URSARegional Director-Spain. Eduardo's accomplishments include 2011 .50 BMG1000 yard World Champion FCSA HCS and 2013 World Championship Semi-auto.50 BMG Match Winner.
