Unusual Wildlife Pictures

This is the place for that once in a lifetime sighting,different or unusual wildlife photos. Lets start it off with a group of fighting toms. This was a knock down fight that seemed to last thirty minutes. The two big toms threw blow after blow. When one got knocked down the smaller toms would rush in and thrash the big tom till he got up. Then the big toms would reengage and it all started over.

This big buck was nocturnal. He came by every night to check the ladies. His wing man( the great horned owl) was seen with him on several nights. Guess he was hoping the deer would startle a mouse.

Canon SX50, Moultree 888i, and cheap cell phone all on automatic. No magic here. It was so wet these red wigglers left the ground and grouped up on the asphalt.

This guy dropped down from me about 25 yards, mid-bite of his leaf, to check out what I was doing.

Got this photo out scouting for pronghorn.

Using leupold spotting scope, Samsung galaxy s4 and a phone scope. Nothing special.

This guy was just laughing at me!! He must have known I was after his big brother...

We all know pigs can not fly. However , I guarantee you they can swim. This one swam a mile across Lake Texoma and was not even breathing hard when he hit the bank running.
