Not a long distance with TSS shot.Brettman, I'm not much of a turkey hunter, but that seems like a long shot with a 20 gauge, especially with #9 shot. Is that your usual load? From what I've read, most people go with #6 or 4. My friend used to use #2's. I'm very curious. I just looked up Fed TSS, and they show $83 for 5 rounds, and they show #9's for turkey. What choke do you use? I am impressed, especially that your 8 year old got it.
Not a high jack. This is for all 2022 success stories for all members.Sorry for the high jack Rick. Proud dad saw 2022 turkey pics in your title and had to post em.
Two old turkeys I see. Lol. Congrats brother on your success.45 minutes of anticipation, old duck & pheasant #6 load, 38 yards. So much excitement!!! My old Remington 1100 law enforcement shogun repurposed to hog/deer/turkeys assault gun.
Come on, Man. Cut the tease. Missouri turkey season doesn't open until tomorrow morning.......
