You didn't mention the caliber but in reality it doesn't much matter. I have Talley 20 MOA rails and Vortex 30 MM rings on both of my T3x rifles. They provide a solid mount rather than a .22 type mount on a high power rifle. In addition I do not like the Tikka rings simply because there is no way to adjust for additional long range shooting like you can with a 20 MOA rail. Your best bet not only for added stability is a good rail and solid mounts. They are available from many different manufacturers.

I've put a lot of glass on a lot of Tikkas. The only reason not to go with Sportsmatch rings…. is if you need the added inclination.
