I doubt you could tell an accuracy difference from swapping the lug, unless you have an older T3 with the aluminum lug that's severely deformed. I think all the T3X's came with steel lugs from the factory.
I have a few of the MT lugs in aftermarket stocks. They work fine, nicely made. But I don't think they gain/lose anything over a factory steel lug.
