Threading a HBAR for compensator

is it possible to thread a HBAR for a compensator at say my local gunsmith. The barrel I would like to thread it this ->

Ok, so been a few days but I got a response from the guys at Rock River. Apparently they can do it at the factory. So for anybody wondering the same thing I was it seems that yes you can thread a HBAR, and can have it done at the factory.

Yes as long as the muzzle has a diameter large enough for the threading anyone competent with a lathe that knows how to cut threads can do it. If you give the them the comp they can also if they so choose time it perfectly so there is no need for the crush washers etc. Much more professional looking job IMHO.
