Does anyone have experience with these actions and prefit barrels? I am wondering if you give up anything in the accuracy department going this route?

No problems with mine whatsoever. I ordered all the parts and threw my rifle together in about 25 min or so. Shoots great too!

6 Creedmoor
Terminus Zeus QC
Bartlein 18" 1:7.5 Carbon
TT Diamond
Manners CS-2 w/Mini chassis

Shoots the Prime 107 SMK and Hornady 108 ELDM ammo very well. Haven't even started loading for it yet.

I keep eyeing them for a purchase. I hear all great things about how they shoot.

The only negative I hear is wait times and responsive communication. The demand out paces the supply.

I'm in the hole financially right now anyway with some other purchases and Christmas coming up. I'll probably put an order in next spring.

There is no degradation of accuracy with the QC Zeus. I can post all kinds of pictures of groups shot at all distances, but that would be self serving. I encourage you to do your due diligence and research, and you'll be comfortable spending you money on one.
There is a high demand for them, but we have reduced delivery times substantially by incorporating more efficient manufacturing processes.

What is the lead time?

I waited like 8 or so weeks for mine, worth every minute. My 26 nosler likes about 25lbs of torque. My 28 nosler doesn't give a ****. That said the hot swap at the range results in negligible poi shift. Thoroughly enjoy the qc system.
The machine work is smooth as frog fur, the action will be with me for a lifetime. I'm looking to buy another bolt. I did break an M16 ejector, and Joel had two in my mailbox inside a week. The product is worth the price and the wait.

Been running one for 2-3 years! Fantastic action! I got an early model with a finish issue on the bolt but it's purely aesthetics doesn't affect the function. It's super accurate super smooth and if the finish held up it would be perfect

Send it back and I'll re-treat it.
We had an issue with the original DLC vendor, but we're far past that now.

This was a 3 shot out of a fresh 6 GT barrel shooting the factory 109 ammo. I think it was shots 6,7, and 8. Was pretty impressed with how smooth the Zeus was! I have always preferred the 90 degree throw because it was smoother but the Zeus is definitely one I will be adding to my collection!

You don't see many posts anywhere on issues with Terminus. I have had a zues for a while. No issues at all. Swapping between the barrels I have ghe biggest shift is .8mil between barrels. Taking a barrel off snd screwing it back on it will be within a click. Next rifle I build will be on another Terminus.

I shot this testing powder charges when I swapped to a new batch of brass. It shoots ok.
