Hey folks! Tell me what you think you see in these photos regarding the inside of the barrel. The only info I'll give initially is that this is an 18" 6.5 Grendel barrel from Palmetto State Armory. If the quality of the pics makes it difficult I apologize…..I was taking pics of the screen images with my cell phone. The FIRST pic is the throat…

Seems to have some pitting and reamer marks.
Is there an accuracy issue with it?

Sorry, I can't see anything because of all the tooling marks and copper.

I will add that this is a "clean" barrel…..as far as running a few wet patches through it before running the scope down it.

At least my MP15 223 has real character. It was rifled with a broken hacksaw blade. Dull one too.

First Pic it looks like the lead or throat is not even all the way around seems to get narrower at right edge of Pic on the others On a land, I see a streak of copper could be a gouge and copper filled it in or just copper on top of the land, but I do see a little bit of tooling marks in the form of black rings.

Guys, look at the FIRST pic…..do you see that "jagged line" (kinda what a stain looks like coming through the ceiling in your house)? What do you think THAT is?

Yes, I see it. That is the edge of the cut on the throat or lead that to me is very uneven and gets narrower to the right. try to get a clearer pic could it be where bore solvent dried?

Well, there are some interesting erosion patterns A & B. Area C looks to be an effect of B.
C looks like some hot gas staining/erosion maybe.

Is this new? I can say if it is psa has treated me well the one time I had an issue. Does it shoot ok?
