SPUHR one piece, Seekins one piece and or the new MBrace by ADM one Piece, they are really good. I had issues with LaRue and sold all of them. It was from Picatinny rails not being within spec from one AR to another, which will hurt accuracy because the pressure the QD mounts are not consistent from one AR to the other. Using a Torque wrench you avoid that headache all together.
Go 1 piece and make sure it has screws and use a good torque wrench so once you move the glass you won't loose your zero once you remount it. Of course you should write down your zeros based upon your AR. very little adjustment is needed going from my 6.5's to .223 for my AR's. Subs it's a whole another level for zeroing

As for my go to's also
One piece. Near Mfg makes nice one piece rings but so far all I've used on my AR's have come from Primary Arms

I don't think even with the big 56mm objectives, you'll have any issues. Most are a minimum of 1.3" above the picatinny rail.
