TC bull barrel scope mount issues

Having clearance issues with TC bull barrel mounting a 2.8-10x44mm scope using Leupold high mounts.
cannot get enough offset on front of scope between barrel. Any other higher mount vendor options recommended ?

There are plenty of high and extra high options out there. If you use a picatinny base it often sets the rings even higher.
