Supressor question

I don't think you're being a dick and its a legitimate question. But blksno I do know that I will have to confirm if there are any differences in POI or ballistics once any change is made whether it be a suppressor, bullet, charge, seating depth or whatever. I've proven it to myself the even .003"-.005" change in seating depth has a big impact on group size. And that is from a medium-heavy barrel. Will a suppressor make a change in my rifle? That's something I will have to find out.

The first question asked if it will change the harmonics.

Yes. Absolutely 100% the harmonics will change, but that doesnt mean it will be a negative change.

This new question asks if the "suppressor will make a change."

Well, what change are you asking about now?
Accuracy? POI shift? Velocity? Balance?

Answer is...no one knows. Suppressors are not equal in this context. (Brand, weight, material, attachment method, length, girth, if you use a suppressor wrap or not...We dont know your barrel, length, profile, or even caliber (unless I missed that part)

Even if we know ALL these questions...no one knows what the change will actually do until you test it.

It's been stated, but I have rifles with no POI change, rifles with vertical change, rifles with horizontal change....you won't know until you do it. I have one that hits the same hole with a brake, or one of my suppressors, and hits nearly 3moa off horizontal with a different can. Just have to do it and see.

Well, my own experience CLEARLY demonstrated a noticeable change in POI after installing a suppressor. The group remained pretty tight, but POI changed. Was it harmonics? I have no idea, but it definitely changed, and secondly, how snugly I thread it on will change the POI slightly.
