Some Observations about Powder and Primer Components

Only about 100 million gunowners in USA, yes lots more guns but only about 100 million owners.

750,000 rounds is daily output of 1 factory by itself.

We make like 7 to 9 billion rounds per year in this country.

Billions.....

Most of which is produced for the US Military, state and national guards and police agencies.

Shortages are very real because the demand is outpacing the available supply.

Had a long talk recently with a client who works for one of the largest ammunition and component producers in the country, in the last 3 years they've seen increases of 20, 40, and 40% in demand for same.

They also keep running into problems with lead and copper supplies which all has to be imported since we've shut down all of our own large industrial smelting companies.
