I was sizing some cases for my 300 min mag. and some how managed to bend the stem of my FL sizing die. I have the die set up to just barely bump back the shoulder. I sized about half of the cases that I was going to use as hunting rounds. I just go and buy a new set, but then I would have half from sized with one and half with the other set. I can not find a replacement redding die stem. Anyone have any ideas?

It sounds as though you need to raise the expander ball high enough that it does not bottom out on inside of the case. Call Redding and they will send you one for free.

I decap all my cases with the Lee decapper die. Then on my FL dies I run the expander ball about two/thirds the way up in the die and leave it there. RANDY
