just got this has a 16 inch barrel with 1:10/6 twist. I know this isn't the longest LR gun but what is the best I can expect it to do and any reloading ideas

Unless you hand load really light expect a bunch of fur damage...lol With good optics you can kill them a long long ways out, if you're looking to just kill them and not save fur I'd lean towards Hornady 168 a-max or hp they're really accurate out of mine and my friends bolt actions. Best advice I can give is to try several different brands and loads to give you a good basis for reloading. The sig auto guns are **** nice rifles so you did great in that aspect.
