That would work out well for both states, Wyoming can get rid of the over population of bears and California can solve their over population of illegals.

That's a great idea. I would like to trap cougars in Eastern Washington and let them loose in apartment buildings in Seattle. They think hunting with dogs is immoral.

Turn them loose in the Berkeley Hills. Maybe they will drift into town and develop a taste for left wing anarchists. A lot of illegals are working and not causing trouble.
All I can say is this is the way to go. You can also insure your meat so in the case you lose it you have something to show for it.
All I can say is this year I did the driving thing to Newfoundland. It was a beautiful drive but won't do it again as too much time lost driving.

As a California resident, I can tell you the people in this state are out of their minds.
