Shilen barrel question

Is this CrMo barrel? I've owned only SS Shilens, and this does not have SS marks...

I think those markings indicate:

Shilen (obvious)
.243 = bore diameter
C = chromemoly
10 = twist rate
4 = groove count

Usually, Shilen has an "S" stamp for stainless. And "SM" would indicate a Select Match barrel.
The slight surface rust kind of hints at CM too.

I had a stainless Select Match for years, and it was a shooter.
