Setup question tikka

Long time lurker... Finally made an account. I'm building a light weight hunting rifle.
Rifle tikka t3 30-06
Leupold vx3 4x12x50
Base egw 20 moa
Rings: prw would you recommend medium or high?

Also, anybody have experience with factory ammo recommendations for this rifle?

I skipped the base and went with warne tikka rings and love them. I would guess medium would be fine. Also look at the triad stock pack for a cheek piece it works great on my tikka.
