i thought it was but now have a plan.i got a savage 110 30-06 sitting with no stock.so a 26in 257 wby barrel,boyds dakota laminate stock and basix trigger.easier to put together and reliable.as usual im on a budget but it might work.

Should be a nice build just remember you need a different bolt head but everything else will be fine.
