I see I've posted this in the wrong section…….
My dream elk hunt has unfortunately expired. This rifle never made it in the great outdoors. It's time to pass it on to someone who can chase those critters up and down the Rocky's.
Win 70 7STW classic SS and hinged floorplate magazine. Silver Leupold bases and rings. Nikon Monarch 5-20x44 BDC scope, good Japanese quality.
The rifle is a super clean safe queen, a Jewel for an older original 7STW. I'll say it has 20 rounds down the pipe but that's a high conservative guess. I did float the barrel and bedded the action. It shot well but it's been so long ago I don't recall keeping any targets. Sub MOA for sure.
