Considering to sell my Seekins Havak Element in 300 PRC. This is a phenomenal rifle, shoots lights out, and this is a terrible idea to sell it...however I have the itch to build a custom rifle and I want to scratch it.
For more information on theses excellent rifles:
High Level Details:
- Aluminum Action, accepts 3.9" COAL, Steel barrel receiver sleeve pressed in. 20 MOA full length pic rail on top, built in bubble level.
- Spiral fluted, aluminum bolt body with steel head.
- Timney trigger
- Carbon fiber stock
- Rock Creek 22" 1:10 Twist 300 PRC barrel, spiral fluted.
- Carbon fiber magazines made by Seekins, accepts 3.9" COAL.
- Seekins Aluminum bottom metal.
This is a 6lb rifle chambered on 300 PRC with a 22 inch 1:10 twist barrel. I have added a section of picatinny rail from Rugged Ridge Outdoor to the fore end and coated the barrel with a black ceramic paint good to 2,000 F to protect it from the elements as it is bare stainless from the factory. The gun will shoot the factory 212 eldx and 225 eldm without issue as well as 180 grain Barnes TTSX. I have done sub moa groups with all of these bullets from a rest no problem, the gun out shoots me all day. I think at this point it has about 130 rounds down the pipe.
Looking for$2,500 $2,400 $2,300 $2,200 shipped to your FFL, original package, 2x carbon fiber magazines, and manual included.
Rings, scope, bipod, muzzle device, and sling not included.
3.9" internal length on magazines, factory 225 ELD-M pictured:
