Thank you. I have been looking at a Tikka TX3 Superlite. Just a little over a pound difference. My custom 700 I use now is pushing near 10# without the scope!

IMO the Seekins is a much nicer rifle than the Tikka SL. You would be pleased with the upgrade.
If looking at a 300WM, another consideration is the magazine length (the Tikka short) and the twist rate (the Tikka is 11-twist, and may not stabilize the heavier 30-cal bullets).

If I was looking for a 300 win mag it would be sold today.. but I have to get rid of my Robar industries 300 win mag before picking this one up. does anyone know if a Jewell 700 trigger would fit on this Havak rifle? just curious here.
It should it has a Timney Elite hunter now
