security notice

I received a security notice that suggest my password should be changed and possible had been compromised - when I try to change password it will not allow me to ?- then it finally did - but then it said it sent a email code that has still not came ? maybe just a slow internet connection I dont know -will try again tomorrow

the message was in LRH top of page where messages -alerts usually are looks like a bell shape -turns red with a new notification

I received that message at least twice. I ignored it because it didn't seem kosher to me.

These are real - if you haven't changed your password lately, I recommend that you do. We have an API that checks your password to ensure it's not known password that is usually cracked.

Ive tried multiple times and no responce if I choose password and security , all other options work , and my pc and wifi work fine on all other forums , please advise
