Scope ring height please help!

I have a savage 116 fcss with 20 moa picatinny rail and I am gearing up to mount my 6-20x 50 30 mm tube vortex viper scope on it. I need to order rings but I'm not sure what height to order? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

With a 20 moa rail ,most rings you will want a low.What kind of rings?

Probably Burris xtr extream rings is what I'm leaning twords. You really think low huh I was thinking more medium.

The burris xtr mediums on a rail will be pretty high. Lows would be a better choice.Mediums will make it tough to get a good cheek weld.If you didn't have a rail and had like 2 piece burris tactical bases you would need a medium.
