I think most major brands will make a base for your rifle , just make sure you order it right . I just went through this process, picking the base & rings, I went with knight force for both, once you have your scope picked out you can google up[ choosing the proper ring height] , there is a program that will make sure you have the proper clearance.also it is a good idea to check your base in case you need to bed it to your rifle as I had to do , the base was perfect but my Remington action was off slightly. hope this helps you to get started
