scope adjustment range ?

Is it bad to use a scope close to its limits as far as adjustment range goes? When you get close to its limits does it have issues of tracking? I do realize that some track better than others, but say for a nightforce. If using a benchrest model or a 12-42 nxs. Are they "less accurate"when at their limits?

IMO no especially when your using a quality scope like a nightforce.
