What loads are y'all shooting in your savage smokeless. I'm shooting parker be 300gr with rl7 not really grouping great. Thinking of trying n120 and experience with that?

Assuming it's still factory (50 cal.) 60-65 grs of N120 with a black Harvester sabot should get you there.
give it 15 min. between shots

I will give that a try. I bought a box of Barnes originals and orange mmp sabots one of the 2 should shoot well.

How is the accuracy on these Savage smokeless rifles?
Really good. They can be a little finicky to get the load right but once you get a load worked up it's like shooting a rifle. I've taken several deere at 250 and 300 with mine. 300 gr Barnes original orange mmp sabot and rl7 I was shooting 1in groups at 100

I ran out of Barnes and switched to Parker bullets with same powder load as Barnes and it doesn't shoot quite as well but I have everything to dial that back in. I'm going to try vv n120 with the parker BE bullets and black mmp sabots. But I also have a box of Barnes original bullets and orange mmp sabots with rl7.
