Yes, on paper with most any match ammo, like Hornady match 168gr.
800yds on game like elk I would say no. velocity will be such that getting good bullet performance would be hard past 600yds IMO. I personally limit my even thinking about a shot on game to 600yds with 06. 600 yards is a long way hunting.

Not sure why anyone would use factory ammo for 1,000 yard paper or 800 yards on game.

Lets face it.
Factory ammo is not made specific for your rifle. Even "match" ammo.

You have to buy them all and test them. Each rifle is going to shoot each ammo differently. Spend as much time on the range as you can and learn to shoot as best you can. 800 yards is a very long shot for an untrained shooter using factory components.
