Saum casing in a .338 or .375

We have a 7 saum and 300saum but I'd like a 338 or 375 "saum" I seen Sherman use a wsm modified case on his Facebook forum he posted
I really like the saum and wondering if anybody has any insite

I believe that one of the Sherman 338's uses the saum case. I have been looking at that for a build.....then it could be totally something else....old age ain't what it's cracked up to be

I've mess around necking some 300saum up to 338. Pretty cool looking round. But decided to build a 338 wsm. I took it up to 3000fps with a 230eld on Winchester brass but settled on 2925 as it shoots consistently 1/2moa

I'm sure there are reamers out there for rent that would be as easy as a simple necking up without any other case improvements.

With necking up to a 338 and or 375, other than a barrel change would there need to be more steps? I've never made something from another before

With dies, reamer and brass available from one location it's quite worth mentioning the Sherman line.!

Simple neck up of 325wsm brass and you're in business. You could even use 300 wsm brass.
I just use 300wsm busing dies with a 338 cal expander ball. Takes no more work then loading anything else

If I was to do the saum instead of the wsm I should be able to just barrel Swap and neck up correct? Going to the 375 the only other 375 short I can find published is the 375 raptor which is the 308 case, being if I were to order a 300saum neck
Up twice barrel change good to go?
