Just a few pic from our South Africa trip. The impala & baboon were taken with a 6.5x47 lapua with 130gr accubonds. The rest were taken with a 300rum 230gr bergers.

That is the best bucket list ever. Hope someday I can do it too. Congrats, those are some great trophies.

My wife and I did this trip this past July. It was for our 20th wedding anniversary. I would highly recommend this hunt for anyone.

Man Punisher I would if thier were any left. Kansas has over allotted way to many deer tags for this part of the state in the last 5 years. This along with the drought has dropped our whitetail and mule deer numbers by 50%. Before 2008 I could find a 150" plus white tail on the N. Grasslands in 2-3 days time now thats imposable.

That stinks! I have been wanting to hunt Muleys there for years. I have had 3 unfilled mule deer permits in Kansas. I see deer, but there aren't enough mule deer to warrant killing a little one!

I have pretty well given up on getting any mule deer in my home state!
