Russian Military Non-Eye safe Laser???

Back in 2002 or 2003 there was a guy on this site posting about a Non-Eye safe russian military range finder. I think he was saying cost was around 8 grand. Any one remember this? I think he may have been a friend of Len Backus? Cant find anything when I search. Thx

I think you are a few years too late, as these have pretty much dried up.

Now when they are sold, they usually go from friend to friend... but contact him and he may be able to help.
