Excellent! It's always nice to hear good news, esp. when it comes to CS. I have two Ruger M77 MKIIs, and so far so good.

I am happy for you. It sure is the exception rather than the rule in 2025 to get outstanding customer service. Faith in a gunmaker restored! LOL

Byron, I had a Ruger 77/17 back in the mid 2000s. I bought it to shoot the feral cats that kept peeing on my asparagus patch! I regretfully sold it off, but probably should get another one someday to shoot the 500rnds I still got! LOL

I've been a huge Ruger fan since I had my 10/22 as a kid. I bought a P89 when I turned 21 instead of wasting the $ on booze.
I sent in my son's Wrangler because it was keyholing all sorts of bullet weights. Ruger ended up sending me a brand new one.
I inherited an old 3 screw Blackhawk from my grandpa without a cylinder. Ruger had me send it in and they put in a brand new cylinder and fitted it to the revolver for $140!!!!!
I have always loved, and continue to love Ruger firearms.

This brings back so many wonderful memories hunting with my dad. I grew up in the late 1950s hunting with a Ruger Mark I, semiauto. Put so many rounds through it I wore the ramp out and Ruger replaced the ramp, replaced the return spring, the safety, and reblued it for their $20 reblueing charge. Then they appoligised for not replacing my worn out magazine and checkered grips. Definitely can't get any better customer service than that.

Ruger does not make gimmick firearms and their customer service is not by businessman but firearm owners.

Pray they won't be bought out by investment groups.
