Ruger 77 MKII upgrade to 338 Edge

I have a Rugar 77 MkII 300 WM I am looking at upgrading to a 338 Edge. Who works on Rugers that will do an upgrade to 338 Edge? Synthetic stock, bolt work, pictinary rail, and barrel are on the menu. Huskamaw scope will probably be put on too. This will probably be done in Feb.-Mar. timeframe.
