Ring Height Recommendation Needed

i was wondering what ring height i would need to mount my new scope on my gun with enough clearance for blizzard caps

scope - weaver classic extreme 2.5-10x56 30mm
gun - older savage 110 270 w/ sporter weight barrel
mounts/rings - talley lightweight aluminum 30mm

any help would be appreciated

Low... Always start with low and go up if needed. I only had to go with mediums one time.

Copy that Roughneck. I have Blizzards on a 50mm Mark 4 on top of a Sendero using Lows and the 1 scope I do have on Mediums is way too high.
