Looked great man. I love ribeye and have had a lot of great ones to choose from down here in steer country. I have a couple of ribeyes from Japan though that I am very excited to cook here soon. Yours looked fantastic, and I am waiting for my invitation

it was NOT to well done, it was perfectly done, if We are out for dinner I always tell the waitress " knock its horns off, wipe its @$$ and WALK it past the flames" I should worry about it graysing on my salad, LOOKS perfect To me, He'll I'm waiting for my invite!
