Ribeye steak, it's what's for dinner

Looked great man. I love ribeye and have had a lot of great ones to choose from down here in steer country. I have a couple of ribeyes from Japan though that I am very excited to cook here soon. Yours looked fantastic, and I am waiting for my invitation :D

Your butcher ages your beef for you? That's a good butcher you got there. I wish I could get my butcher to up his game like that.
