Resize brass with balls pulled?

I switched lots of reloder 26 and found pressure on first few shots so I pulled the balls. Should I full length size these pieces of brass or just reload and shoot. I didn't measure necks or anything to determine neck tension. What do you guys do. This is a 270 Winchester, win 1x fires brass

The issue is that you're too close to the limit for switching lots. I'd just neck size and re-charge with a lighter propellant charge.
