received some free ammo

recently one of my coworkers bought a house and it had some ammo in it which she gave to me. one box of R P 30-30 with what kind of looks like a sabot round in it. I know the casing is remington but I am not sure what type of ammo it is, i.e. grain weight, etc.
the other box is ww super 30-30 jacketed soft point

those with the sabot were called Accelerator's and had a light weight bullet loaded in them. I think they also made some in 30-06 as well.
