rebarrel in NE Colorado?

I need a gunsmith to remove an old barrel and install a new one, maybe recut the threads on new one. I've tried calling a several of them and without naming names have come up on some resistance since the new barrel wasnt built by them. I didnt know it was going to be so hard to find a decent place to get this done. Any help would be awesome.
