Anyone know what this this stamp means on the reamer? It's from a wsm.

It is your throat angle, 1 degree 30 minutes.

That's SAAMI spec for the WSM, and most other cartridges as well.
As long as you don't see any other laser engravings like "NK" "FB" it's a SAAMI reamer.
