Re-barrel on 300 Winnie Sendero

Need opinions on how to have the chamber cut on a new Hart barrel (27") for my 300 Win. Mag Sendero, do I have it cut to min./standard spec. chamber or what, I plan on shooting heavy bullets such as the 210/215 Bergers, Matrix or even 208 AMAX.

Any special throat considerations, also having the receiver threads recut and action squared. Leaving in the factory stock with bedding.
