are the new razor genII worth the extra money? Thinking about selling my 5-20 gen1 for the 4.5-27 genII. My question is how much better are they? I like the fact of the lower profile turrets, the locking turrets, and how much shorter they are. I think I can get get 1500 to 1600 for my gen 1 with rings. Is it worth the extra grand?

I know guys are selling their Schmidt's and getting these on the Hide. One major issue you need to consider though is weight. They are extremely heavy! If weight isn't an issue, everything I have heard suggests they are a homerun. You can get a great deal on the 3-18 model from nycameraland. I think I heard $1800ish for their "demo's."
