rangefinder?

Looking at buying a rangefinder can't stretch to a leica or a swaro, but have read that the nikon units are Ok. I also heard that the bushnell yardagepro 800 compact is the same as the nikon 800. How does this rangefinder rate?

Also, is there any difference between the nikon 800 and the nikon monarch 800 (they seem to have similar features?)

I can't help with the Nikons, but i picked up a Bushnell Elite 1500 a few months back for $330US. Could be worth a look if your on a budget /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif .

I have and Leuopold III and I like it alot. It has some great features like the inclinometer.
