What's your intended purpose? Steiner H6xi is slightly above your budget on Eurooptics. Checks all the boxes you mentioned though.
Magnification is always a subjective topic for me and requires clarification for the intended purpose, because we all have varying quality of vision. Case in point, my .270 AI has a 5-20 SWFA scope. My son only needed 5X to hit the target rock at 966Y. I needed 12X to see the target clearly.

Preferred power and target clarity are 2 different things.
I prefer no more than about 10 power regardless of the distance when actually hunting at longer ranges.
Id rather have more field than power.
But it got to the point about 15 years ago that i couldnt clear up the focus on my binoculars.
I had been required to wear glasses while driving for more than a decade at that point.
It got to the point i couldnt read the license plate of a car in front of me at a traffic light.
So i had cataract surgery on both eyes with an implant about 12 years ago.
No more glasses for anything, driving, reading etc.
Two weeks ago they renewed my drivers license for 5 more years.
No glasses needed for the eye test at 91 years of age.
I prefer no more than about 10 power regardless of the distance when actually hunting at longer ranges.
