You've challenged my communications several times now(several threads), and with little more than generalizations, errors, and insults.
But we're getting along just fine. I am glad you understand neck tension.
The mandrel on a Lee neck sizing collet die is .3055", this is the smallest diameter the neck is compressed down to and the resized brass normally is around .001" smaller in diameter than the projectiles at .3065- .307".
I have found these dies neck form cosistently to this size and a lot of people report excellent results with these dies.
