Proof barrel twist

i have a 6.5 creedmoor shooting the berger 140g elite hunters i do like to shoot this rifle long range and hunt with it question is should i stick with the 8 twist or would a 7.5 twist be better

If all you're going to shoot is 140's I'd stick with an 8 twist. 140's shoot lights out in an 8 twist. If you want to start playing around with the new heavy bullets you might consider going 7.5 twist.

As mentioned above, stick with the 8 twist for the 140s.

anything heavier than a 140 in a creedmoor your gonna go backwards as far as drops.
go with the 1-8
