Point of Aim/Point of impact with different loads

Whenever you shoot different loads out of a rifle do you have to re-zero for each? or do you know the point of impact change and dial accordingly? or is there virtually no difference?

Different loads will shoot differently. Some of them may be close but they will most always be a bit different. Even the same powder charge and bullet will shoot different when seated to different depths.
 
They may shoot left right or up or down. No way of knowing until you fire them. I have had some shoot over 1 inch off just by moving the bullet 10 thousands.
