Very hard to find at a reasonable price these days.

Federal really hard to find, especially reasonable. Did find some, but its
$160/brick or $80 per 500. See list.

In today's market for LRM primers I think anything below $125 is pretty good deal per brick. Alamo Ammo in San Antonio seems like the best deal, but depends on their shipping and hazmat and reviews too.

They take credit cards and seem to have a real store front, but you can call them if you like. I have not ever ordered from them. They have both the Remington 9 1/2 LRM and the CCI 250s

good luck...

I was in Sportsman Warehouse in Twin Falls Friday and they re selling primers at 5.79 a hundred and up to 1000. They sold out the LR ones but they had a fair amount of small pistol and large pistol.

Guy said they re hoping for more SR and LR this next week. Unless a guy is out my advice is be patient… still some gougers advertising but I see a bit of kink in the amour of these outfits.

Personally hope some of them choke on their greed!

Mark37082, good for you!! Those kind of prices are armed robbery… At least in my mind.

Sooner those kind of folks get told "he_ _ No" the sooner that behavior will change. Rewarding them with a sale just prolongs the pain for all us hunters/shooters!!

Good Show👍 !!!!

I've been looking for LRP for the last six months, Veteran posted last Thursday that they had Rem 9 1/2 LRP at Natchez, when I looked approximately 7 minutes after his post they were gone. That prompted me to look at several other places for them, I found Fed. 210 LRP at Midway $99.00 per thousand and bought two. I posted that they had them in stock but by the time I posted and rechecked they were gone so I deleted my post.
Apparently you have to be ready with your credit card in hand when they become available because they're gone in minutes.

My feeling is these days you can find and buy all the pistol and small rifle primers you want. Prices 75 to 95 dollars.

Large Rifle is next tier up, $99 to 125. LRM seems the hardest to find except for Remington 9 1/2 which have been easier and less costly.

Federal 215s are about like Berger 215s a yesr ago. Unobtanium and only at $160 Plus.....

But they are all gonna get more plentiful and I think you will see supply for LRM primers at $100 to 125......again. Even 215s.

Not ever $40 again though dont think.

Get em when ya can at reasonable prices for the times

.

I bought small rifle primer brass for 65 Creedmoor and 260 Remington as I have way more small rifle primers than large. Small rifle primers seem more available and therefore "better" (relative) priced. Large rifle primers definitely harder to find and more expensive.

I still think $50-60 per K prices are coming on all sizes and non-mag and Mag … just will take some time.

Factor in what the Fed has done to their rates and hinting that more coming as inflation running 3% and their goal is 2% and I don't think many people will have money to continue to pay "any price" asked for items. At some point, eating, having a roof over your head and transportation to get you to and from work will take priority. That will have a slow down effect on demand and prices WILL have downward pressure and movement. I remember 16% prime money in early 1980 s, I remember 2007 and all the fools saying RE ALWAYS goes up…. Will we found out differently and corrections will occur and the market will react.

That s my story and I m sticking to It !!! 😜

PS, I do agree that short of a fire sale and/or estate type situations that we ll not enjoy $20-35 per K primer prices that many have experienced. ( When I started loading in late 60 s 100 pack of any primer was .69 - .79 cents; ah, the good ole days!

I've received orders in a timely manner from them and a few other questionable places that have been reliable. They take cc's so it isn't an issue. If it's in stock, then they have it to ship.

I pray for some easing of the primer pain. I'm not desperate any longer, but would feel better with another brick of LRM primers. I saw a brick of GM215M yesterday, but literally laughed in the guys face that was trying to sell them at $275.
Up here in Canada, about 4-5 months ago a brick of 215M was going for $900-1000. They are about $500 now. I do think supply is beginning to catch up.
