Pick my next hunting bullet- 7mm cal

I hunt Antelope mule deer and elk. My ranges are from 100 yards to 800 yards but will take 1000 yard shot if conditions are good. Last few years my shots were 372 472 540 800 189.

I will be running a 7mm-300 win mag 26 inch barrel with a 1-8 twist

If you just want to experiment, try either of the 2 HH's and see how fast the 7-300 can push it. High speeds is where most users are loading these and you have enough horse power. You can order a sample pack as well and run some ladders.
My little 7RM pushes the 145 grain at 3320 but I never found the top end pressure, just accurate and enough speed at 900 to meet Hammer's speed minimum. My other load is a 180 VLDH but anything bigger I would run into stability issues. You're good there are 8 twist.
