So, I snagged a couple hundred Hornady .308 125 grain fmj's.

I wanted to work up some plinking loads. I tried H110 and Lil Gun, interestingly I hit over pressure signs on the 2nd lowest load for each powder. Both starting loads were from hornady. And by over pressure, I mean flat primers and heavy ejector swipes. These were hand metered and each load weighed so they were accurate.

I thought this was odd so I loaded up some 125 tmks using the same load data, no issues even at the max load (super accurate btw).

Just a weird issue. May try them in 308 and see how it goes.

That is Weird, have you measured the bullets. Maybe 309, or maybe the copper alloy unique??
I'm just guessing??

Yeah, at moderate loads. I think seating to the canneleure is not allowing proper powder ignition. May try seating them deeper
If youre already hitting pressure, seating deeper may make it worse. What loads are you using?
