PayPal charged me for friends and family

Just got hit with a 3$ fee on friends and family payment of 60. Never happened before

Did you use a CC? CCs get a charge.
Back accounts or debit cards do not.

Was your credit score above 620 or maybe your social score dropped ? have you been saying nasty things on the Internet ,probably another rule shoved down our throats by our lovely President Biden.L O L.

Was either account a business account? PayPal has ended "free f&f" transfers for business accounts--- they felt f&f was being abused by businesses to bypass their fees, so if either account is tied to a business then PayPal will charge fees based on the transaction
