I THINK OVERRUNS ARE BULLETS MADE FOR A SAYYY.... AMMO MAKERS AND THEY EITHER MADE MORE THAN THE ORDER OR THE AMMO MAKER STOPPED BUYING...

i have nosler partitions, store bought in boxes with no cannular, then i bought factory seconds, that were overruns that had a cannular (sp?).......
